With the Howieker watermill in Ocholt and the worth seeing Ebkenschen mill in Barßel, two mills are also on the possible tour program. The destination is Barßel, an old fishing and shepherd village, which was transformed into a peat-growing village during the Oldenburg raids in the 16th century and had to join the fen system.
